How do I get my order?
Free Prepaid Delivery | Trinidad & Tobago
Available to all clients
FREE on all prepaid orders (In Stock and Pre-Orders)
- Metro: 1 to 4 business days
- Rural: 2 to 5 business days
- Tobago: 3 to 7 business days
- Allow 1 day for processing
Accepted payments: Online Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Visa Debit Card, or Bank Deposit/Transfer
Please note: bank deposits or transfers must clear before delivery. FCB or RBL preferred — Scotia and RBC transfers are accepted but may cause delays in processing.
Delivery is available every day except Sunday and Public Holidays.
Pay on Delivery — Trinidad Only
Available to Established Clients in good standing, Trinidad only.
$50 per order, subject to approval.
- Pay by Cash or Card directly to the driver

First Time Clients
As a first-time client, your first order will need to be prepaid.
After that, you'll unlock Pay on Delivery for future purchases 🎉 (as long as you remain in good standing).
Tobago Clients
Pay on Delivery isn't available in your area just yet, but we're working on it!
In the meantime, please enjoy FREE prepaid delivery, with an ETA of 3–7 business days.
In Store Pick up
Our fastest and most affordable option is FREE and available once our physical store is open!
Order before 12 noon on a day we're open for same-day pickup. Otherwise, it will be processed the next day we're open.
You can pay in store or online (choose your option at checkout).
We'll message or call you when your order is ready.
Please note: unpaid orders will be cancelled by the end of the next business day, or within 24 hours - whichever comes first.

Is Phierce Plus online only or can I shop in store?
Answer:
We are pleased to offer both a wonderful in-store and seamless online shopping experience at Phierce Plus.
You can also reserve a style online to try on in store simply by choosing in store pickup at checkout. This must be done by next business day - for us that's Tuesday to Saturday.
We also offer alteration services (may be an additional cost) on styles purchased at Phierce Plus.
