- Prices are as marked
- The discount drops after every phase of the promotion (every time the clock runs out).
- Sale does not apply to previous orders, pre-orders, alterations, delivery fees and gift cards or certificates.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers.
- Promotional period: October 3rd to October 28th, 2024
Payments and payment deadlines
- Online orders must be paid in advance within 24 hours of order or before 12 noon of the next day - whichever is earlier.
- Unpaid orders will be cancelled and released to other clients once the deadline has passed. This will be adhered to strictly to give all clients a fair chance to purchase.
- Online orders can be paid via credit card or local visa debit card online.
- Online bank transfers or bank deposits are also accepted at First Citizens or Republic Bank.
- We are not currently offering Cash/Card on Delivery.
- All online orders must be paid in full and must clear (in the case of bank deposits/transfers) to be processed for delivery.
Delivery and In Store Pick up
- In Store Pickups will be available only from Thursdays to Saturdays (when our physical store is open) until November 1st and - if not ordered on a day we are open - must be fully paid online or via bank deposit within the 24 hr/12 noon deadline to be reserved.
- Please be sure to provide a full delivery address at checkout to avoid any delays.
- Express Delivery orders must be ordered, paid and cleared before 6 am on weekdays to be processed in a timely manner. We strongly suggest paying using your credit card or local Visa debit card at checkout to avoid delays.
Returns and Exchanges
- Our return policy remains mostly unchanged during this sale.
- Returned items must be in excellent condition with tags attached to be considered. They must be unwashed, unworn and otherwise unmarred.
- Please provide your receipt and proof of purchase when beginning this process.
- Some items cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons (eg swim, undergarments, bodysuits) and will be considered final sale.
- Requests for return must be done immediately and the returned style(s) must reach us within 7 days of purchase or the date you received the delivery.
- Returns will be accepted only for store credit during this sale period. Store credits can be used immediately for an equal exchange or converted to a gift card for later use both online and in store.
- Refunds and redress will be assessed on a case by case basis in keeping with consumer law in Trindad and Tobago.
