Shipping and Return Policy (Updated June 23rd, 2016)

Orders, Payment and Delivery: 

All online orders will only be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, all unpaid ordesr will be cancelled. If an item is out of stock or unavailable you will be contacted by Phierce Plus before your order is delivered or made ready for collection.

Pay on Delivery 

Once we confirm delivery with you via phone or email, your order will be prepped and delivered to your door within 1 business days. Not available from FRIDAY TO SUNDAY. Please be ready and available to receive your delivery within this time. Payment is to be made, upon delivery, via LINX or Credit Card.

Cost: $50

If you cannot be contacted to arrange delivery your order will be cancelled.


In Store Pickup 
Paid Orders can be collected by next business day.

Payment should be done via Credit Card online immediately or at your nearest NLCB Agent by 10 am of the following day.

Choose which payment option you prefer at checkout.

Store hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 12 noon to 6 pm,

Saturday: 10 am to 4 pm.

Cost: Free

Unpaid orders will be cancelled within 1 working day. 

 

TTPost

Paid TTPost orders will be shipped to TTpost by the next business day. You should receive your order within 2-3 business days. 

Payment should be done via Credit Card online immediately or at your nearest NLCB Agent by 10 am of the following day.

Choose which payment option you prefer at checkout.

Cost: $30 or free on orders over $500

 

Order Cancellations

ALL Client cancellations MUST be done within 12 hours of order via phone - 221-5927

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

For in stock items, refunds will only be made if item is sold to another
client and are only done on a case by case basis. Refunds are done by business cheque and will be processed within 2 working days of request deadline (within 7 days of receipt and return of item). 

Otherwise, you will be issued store credit that can be used towards your next purchase with us. We offer hassle-free exchanges on items with manufacturer’s defect for store merchandise of equal value within 7 days of delivery. After this time, return or exchange claims will not be accepted. Please note, Phierce Plus is under no obligation to accept a return because a client has “changed their mind”, “ordered the wrong item” or “no longer wants the item”.

Altered items CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. 

Please note if items are damaged, dirty or otherwise compromised (including washing) - we will not accept the item. Returns and/or exchanges on lingerie, swimwear and intimates will not be accepted for health and safety reasons. These are final sale items.
