Shipping and Return Policy

Orders, Payment and Delivery:

All online orders will only be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours or 1 business day. After this period, all unpaid orders will be cancelled. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you for alternate options.

Pay on Delivery

Once we confirm delivery with you via phone, message or email, your order will be prepped and delivered to your door within 1 - 4 business days. This service is not available on weekends and public holidays. Please be ready and available to receive your delivery within this time.

Payment Options: Cash Only, Linx / Debit Card or Credit Card

If we are unable to contact you to arrange delivery - your order will be cancelled.


In Store Pickup

Paid Orders can be collected by next business day.

Choose which payment option you prefer at checkout.

Store hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 10 am to 6 pm,

Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm.

You can also reserve to try on in store by choosing pay in store and in store pickup. This must be done by next working day - for us that is Tuesday to Saturday. We will call you to confirm. If we are unable to contact you or if you do not show after confirming, the service will be cancelled.

Please note that priority will be given to in store clientele or clients who have paid in advance online.

TTPost

Paid TTPost orders will be dropped off at TTPost by the next business day. You should receive your order from to 3 to 7 business days after this. You will be sent your tracking number via email.

Payment should be done via Credit Card online immediately or at your nearest First Citizens bank by 10 am of the following day. Online Bank Transfers and Third Party Transfers from other banks are also accepted but must be confirmed as received by us before TTpost Drop off.

Order Cancellations

ALL Client cancellations MUST be done within 12 hours of order via phone - 221-5927 or in writing via email (shop@phierceplus.com) or WhatsApp (367-6227).
