Q) Is Phierce Plus just an online store or can we shop at a physical location?
A) Phierce Plus has both an online and physical store. We are located at 126 Second St, Barataria. We are open Tuesday to Friday 11 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 11 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Sundays and some public holidays. Please find directions for our store here: Google Maps Directions
Q) How do Phierce Plus sizes work:
A) Because we have provide styles from several different manufacturers, we have simplified our size chart to make ordering easier for you. Please see our size chart here: http://phierceplus.com/pages/size-chart
Q) Do you offer delivery?
A) Yes, we do. We currently offer delivery nationwide to both Trinidad and Tobago. We do not currently offer cash/card on delivery options so all orders must be paid in advance. It typically takes 1- 4 business days from the date of order. Delivery costs $40 per order or is FREE on orders over $500.
!) If something doesn't fit, can I return it?
A) We always want to make sure you get the best fit. If your order does not fit, you can return within 7 days of collection or delivery date for equal exchange of in-store merchandise or store credit.
5) Do you do layaway?
A) Unfortunately, we have discontinued our layaway services.
